![]() ![]() We made sure the building admins knew that this meant a kid could send a print job from home, or the local library, or a computer at the hotel while on vacation out of state, but with the name and time-stamp they were comfortable with being able to discipline anyone who abuses it. We have a dozen or so that support directly linking to Cloud Print, and another 50 connected via the Cloud Print service in Chrome on a Windows print server.Ĭloud Print tells you which account sent the print job and when, but no specific device identifiers, so you know Suzy's account sent it but not which computer/Chromebook it came from. The printer access follows the user, not the device, and when a new user is added to the group they get the printer automagically.
